Sophie joined us after a long stint inhouse in the tech/comms world, and has brought over to private practice that sense of commerciality and how to talk IT to people who only speak IT, along with some pretty sweet drafting skills. Long American-style contracts both annoy and excite her, which is weird but, you know, people also claim to understand David Lynch movies and maybe they really do. Who are we to judge.

There’s no doubting Sophie’s general loveliness, but it masks an off-beat sense of humour and wicked delight in the ridiculous and macabre. We think we’ve worked out the wide-eyed innocent act; Sophie’s Slack channel work is that of a sophisticated player. Still, she will cry at puppy photos without exception so maybe she really is a marshmallow.
